A client of mine recently had a leg injury but was eager to get back to training so I did a video showing some possible exercises you could do at home without putting any extra pressure or weight on the legs.
These exercises are certainly not an exhaustive list but gives an indication of what might be possible. Obviously everyone is different so make your own decisions on what suits your current position/situation.
In this particular video I have used some dumbbells and resistance bands for exercises so this may or may not suit your current circumstances.
