The New Workout Space

I wanted to share with you all one of my first sessions in the new space with the wall timer working and everything looking shiny and new.

This is a Advanced Workout so it is challenging but as always you simply need to work to your own abilities.

The session is a full body session done in a 20/10 format so 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest.

The Active Calories I burnt was 637 so it is on the lower scale.

I hope you like the new look and enjoy the session.

I don’t often release these Advanced Sessions so give it a go. The session is 53 minutes in length including warm up and cool down.
