  • 4 Salmon Fillets (140 grams each)

For the marinade:

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (Grated)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 4 Green Onions (Minced or finely sliced)


  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients.
  • Place the salmon in a large bowl, and cover with the marinade. Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 200C. Place the salmon fillets with the marinade onto a prepared baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve salmon immediately with Egg Fried Cauliflower Rice.
