Resistance Band Training – Arms, Shoulders, Back

Resistance Bands are fantastic training aids. They can be used just by themselves or along with other equipment to enhance a session.

I thought I would do a simple video looking at just a few exercises you could try out at home.

This first video is just looking at;

  1. Arms
  2. Shoulders
  3. Back

I have suggested 3 Sets and 12-15 Reps on each exercise.

I do discuss this on the video but just to re-iterate you can quite inventive with resistance bands. Tie them around things (that don’t move or break), put them under things, tie them around yourself.

Really with resistance bands you are only limited by your own imagination. So just try things out. Obviously do consider any dangers to an exercise but these are massively reduced compared to heavy objects such as dumbbells or weight discs etc.
