  • 1 Small Apple (Cored)
  • 1 Raw Red Beet (Washed, peeled, chopped)
  • 50 grams Berries (Frozen)
  • 55 grams Pineapple (Cubed)
  • 1/2 Orange (Peeled)

  • 120 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds (Ground)
