Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie


  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • ¾ cup (100g) frozen raspberries
  • 7/8 cup (200ml) almond milk, unsweetened


Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.

Pretty easy. I just made one to drink whilst I was writing this post. I used Cashew Milk, smooth peanut butter and fresh raspberries and strawberries. I then added in some ice to make it cold.

Feel free to play about and try any ingredients you think might work.
