  • 2 x 145 gram Cans of Tuna in Brine (Drained)
  • ½ Apple (Diced)
  • 1 Stalk Celery (Sliced)
  • ½ Red Onion (Diced)
  • 1 Avocado (Cubed)
  • ½ Lemon (Juice Only)


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve on a piece of toast, as a filling or on its own.
