4 Minute Boxing TABATA

TABATA training is a great form of High Intensity training. I regularly try and include some form of TABATA into my daily workouts. It is simply 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. You do this 8 times so TABATA is always 4 minutes in length.

Try out this Boxing TABATA. You could always do it multiple times or combine it with some other sessions.
